We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. South Bend Taxi will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers. Mobile opt-in information will not be shared with Third parties for any reasons.

South Bend Taxi does operate as an Eagle Cab Company. Eagle Cab Co. drivers are independent contractors responsible for provision of services and requests of customers whether referred to by South Bend Taxi or customers gained by any other format including referral from other Taxi Services or staged pickups from Airports.

Eagle Cab Co. and general City of South Bend livery/taxi drivers are responsible to obey general driving rules and laws governing the operation of Livery and Taxi vehicles over the road in the City of South Bend, the State of Indiana and United States. Drivers are are responsible in the oversight and security of private customer data within the confines of livery services. South Bend Taxi is not liable for breach of customer data while in the confines of livery services.

Non-Disclosure of Personal Information. We may reveal personal information if legal directives suggest that the user is harming or interfering with other South Bend Taxi clients, anyone else, or violating our terms and agreement form or infringing any of South Bend Taxi legal rights. South Bend Taxi will be legally bound to reveal information, including Personal Information, to the extent it reasonably believes it is required to do so by law.
